Pork chops with sauce
Instructions
Flour the chops and fry them in a little oil, season with salt and remove the meat from the fire.
In the same pan, pour 1/2 glass of wine and let it evaporate.
Add the tomato pulp, chopped olives, oregano, 1/2 cup of broth and cook a few minutes.
Put the meat into the pan with the sauce and finish cooking it re-directs.
Just before you remove from heat add the mozzarella into slices and let it melt.
Serve hot.

- 4 veal cutlets
- 300 g of tomato pulp
- 1 mozzarella fior di latte
- 1 teaspoon of oregano
- 8 green olives
- Flour
- 1/2 cup of red wine
- 1/2 cup of broth
- Little of olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
