Curry ring
Instructions
Boil separately, after they have been washed and cleansed, the tops of cauliflower and carrots.
Drained and sliced carrots.
Peel and Peel an onion, cut it into segments and let it dry in a pan with 4 tablespoons oil.
Add the boiled vegetables, beans, drained the water, raisins, cinnamon, add salt and pepper and add a ladle of broth.

Add rice and curry, stir, squirt with a couple of ladles of broth and bring to cooking together gradually warm broth.
Grease with a little oil ring mold, fill it with rice, press OK and dessert, turn out onto a serving dish.
Fill the doughnut hole with prepared vegetables.
Sprinkle with the shredded chives and serve.

- 300 g of arborio rice
- Vegetable broth
- 2 onions
- 2 carrots
- 200 g of florets of cauliflower
- 150 g of canned red beans
- 1 tablespoon of curry
- 1 bit of cinnamon stick
- 80 g of sultanas
- 40 g of butter
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- Chives
- Salt
- Pepper
