Pork chops with yoghurt
Instructions
Carefully wash the herbs, dry them with kitchen paper towels and chop finely with the garlic using a mixer.
Meanwhile, heat oil in a baking dish and lay the slices of meat.
Add salt, pepatele and sprinkle with the chopped herbs leaving golden brown on both sides over medium heat for a few minutes.
Then drizzle with the marsala by increasing the heat until the wine is completely evaporated.
Finally, pour the yoghurt on meat and transferred the Pan in the oven already warm for about 10 minutes at 180 degrees.
Serve hot dressing.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 4 pork chops (150 g each)
- 4 leaves sage
- 2 leaves of laurel
- 1 sprig of thyme
- 2 sprigs of rosemary
- Olive oil extra virgin
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 tablespoons of marsala wine
- 1 jar of nonfat yogurt
- Salt
- Pepper
