Cotechino with lentils
Instructions
Wash the cotechini with hot water, make little hole and put to cook with lentils previously held in bath.
Remove the lentils just they are cooked, add tomato sauce and salt and let it finish cooking of the cotechini.
Let cool, cut into slices cotechini, lay them on a serving dish, combine the lentils and serve.

- 2 cotechini pork
- 300 g of lentils
- 300 g of peeled tomatoes
- Salt
