Instructions

Thoroughly wash the apples, peel them and cut them into four parts, eliminating the core and the seeds.

Put them in a pot of steel with a glass of water and lemon juice and cook until you have a creamy enough.

Put it, then, in a strainer and let drain.

Then put on the fire, add the sugar and continue cooking until you get a very consistent.

As soon as you will pour the cooled Quince in a baking pan and cut it into diamonds or, if you prefer, with the special machine and stored in the refrigerator.

If you wish, when served to guests you can sprinkle with icing sugar.

Note: you must use healthy fruit and fair point of ripeness, not wash it too often in water and wiping with a clean cloth; for cooking pots are preferred by high steel as this is slow and very long; for glass containers have the utmost care and cleaning and must be airtight; Finally, if the jam is mildew on the surface removed that part, clean the jar and cover with alcohol for liquor at 90 degrees.
