Cotoletta alla valdostana
Instructions
Beat lightly and spuntatene bone chops; season with salt and pepper, quickly put them in flour, then in beaten egg and roll in the breadcrumbs well.
Melt butter in a pan i1 off and move the chops, making them Bake and Brown to medium flame from both sides; place over each cutlet with a slice of ham and then another with a sottiletta.
Put the Pan in the oven very hot; just the cheese tends to melt, move the chops in the hot service plate, cospargendole with cooking and servendole immediately.

- 6 veal cutlets
- 100 g of butter
- 6 slices of fontina cheese
- 6 slices of lightly grease ham
- 2 tablespoons of meat sauce
- Flour
- Beaten egg
- Breadcrumbs
- Salt
- Pepper
