Chops tomatoes
Instructions
Dip the meat slices in beaten egg with salt and pepper.
Pass then in breadcrumbs and FRY in a pan with hot oil.
Meanwhile, dice the tomatoes, peeled first; season with salt and pepper.
When the chops are cooked and warm up, cover them with the tomatoes, and serve, adding some basil leaves washed and chopped.

- 4 slices of veal breast (sliced 120 g)
- 8 perini tomatoes
- 1 egg
- Breadcrumbs
- Abundant of olive oil
- Some leaves of basil
- Salt
