Cutlets in tomato sauce
Instructions
Breading veal slices and FRY in skillet in butter 1 bubbling.
In another pan put chopped onions, 3 tablespoons of olive oil, tomato paste, salt and a little bit of broth; mix well, place the fried cutlets and cook them for 5 minutes by sprinkling them with the sauce.

- 4 slices of veal breast
- Butter
- 1 onion
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of tomato paste
- Salt
- Broth
- 1 egg
- Breadcrumbs
