Rice ring with cut vegetables
Instructions
Heat in a large skillet (like a paella pan) 3 tablespoons oil.
Aromatizzatelo with the mixture of spices.
Add the frozen vegetables and let them flavor.
Add the rice, sprinkle with 600 g of boiling water and cook for about 13 minutes.
Put to fire the grill and bake the piece of sirloin.
Brush with a little oil smooth ring mould, pour the rice slightly.
Dessert, turn out onto a plate.
Cut the meat into thin slices and arrange around the ring.
Add salt and dress with a little olive oil.
Garnish the dish with the salad and serve immediately.
Recommended wine: Dolcetto di Dogliani, Trentino Marzemino, Solopaca rosso.
