Plaice cutlets
Instructions
Mince the anchovies, garlic, olives and a sprig of parsley.
Spread the chopped on thawed fillets, fold them in half and secure with a toothpick.
Pass the cutlets in beaten egg and then in bread crumbs.
Fry them in plenty of hot oil, drain and pass them on absorbent paper.
Season with salt and sprinkle with lemon juice.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 8 anchovy fillets in olive oil
- 4 plaice fillets
- 12 pitted olives
- 1 egg
- 1 clove of garlic
- Parsley
- Breadcrumbs
- Olive oil
- Lemon juice
- Salt
