Turkey cutlets
Instructions
Flatten Turkey slices with meat tenderizer.
Beat the egg with a pinch of salt and add the chopped parsley.
Dip the Turkey slices in egg and roll in bread crumbs.
In a pan melt the butter with the olive oil and cook the slices of meat over low heat 5 minutes per side.
Degrease the cutlets on paper towels and serve sprinkled with lemon juice.

- 500 g of sliced turkey breast
- 1 egg
- 100 g of breadcrumbs
- 1 lemon
- 30 g of butter
- Parsley
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 pinch of salt
