Instructions
Lightly flour the chops, put them in beaten eggs and salted, then in the breadcrumbs.
In a saucepan heat the butter and Brown the chops on both sides.
Pour a glass of broth and lemon juice past the strainer.
Let simmer gently until the liquid acquires a creamy consistency.
Adjust salt and pepper.
Serve.
