Spring cutlets
Instructions
Move the chops into the egg and then in bread crumbs.
Cook them slowly in butter.
Cut into small pieces tomatoes and Arugula and toss with oil, vinegar and a pinch of salt.
Place the meat on a serving dish, allow it to cool and arrange over the tomato mixture and Arugula.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 4 veal cutlets
- 50 g of butter
- 2 eggs
- Breadcrumbs
- 3 fresh tomatoes
- 1 bunch of arugula salad
- Olive oil
- Wine vinegar
