Dark whole rice requires a long cooking time.
The proportions are a cup of rice and two and a half cups of water.
Put in the pot the desired amount of rice with cold water and a little salt.
The cooking time is an hour and a half.
Finally the rice must be dry and have fully absorbed the water.
Seasoned to taste.
