Mussels with cream sauce
Instructions
Initially proceed as for the mussels alla marinara.
When the mussels open, remove from shells and keep them warm.
Pass the cooking broth.
To reduce in the pot.
Add the diluted flour with egg yolk and cream.
Mix well, add 50 g of butter in small pieces.
Pour this sauce over the mussels and serve with chopped parsley.

- 300 cl of fresh mussels
- 2 onions
- 30 cl of white wine

- Pepper
- 10 cl of cream
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tablespoon of flour
- 50 g of butter
