Instructions

Scrape and wash mussels thoroughly.

Put them in a saucepan with the wine, cover them and let them open.

Remove clams from shells and strain the broth.

Saute chopped onion in oil, add a little mussels broth, saffron, cream and season with salt.

Simmer for a few minutes and remove from heat.

Arrange the bread slices on the plates, sprinkle the mussels and sprinkle with the sauce.
