Open the 16 mussels, remove them from their shells, wash and dry them, put them in flour, then emerge them in beer and then in beaten egg.

- 1/2 cup of flour
- 1 glass of beer
- == 1 whole egg Whisked
- 1 1/2 cup of olive oil
