Instructions
Clean and open the mussels with the knife.
Twist the 2 valve in the opposite direction from one another without break off.
In a bowl, make a paste with finely chopped ingredients.
Add salt and pepper.
Fill the mussels with the mixture, richiudetele and appoggiatele in a pan.
Pour over hearty tomato sauce.
Cook for at least 30 minutes.
