Tasty mussels
Instructions
Wash the mussels, put them in a saucepan and let them open a high flame.
In a bowl mix a tuft of parsley with garlic, chopped tomatoes, a pinch of oregano, olive oil, salt and pepper.
In a pan place the mussels well open so you can sprinkle a little clam mixture, sprinkle of breadcrumbs; gratinate in the oven and serve.

- 1000 g of mussels
- Breadcrumbs
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 sprig of parsley
- 1 clove of garlic
- Olive oil
- 1 pinch of oregano
- Salt
- Pepper
- Lemon juice
