Salt Lake crops Ganzirri, on the far tip of Sicily, under the lighthouse, produce without ceasing the tasty Black mussels, on the edge of the Lake, go eat at the oyster, that is raw, with a little lemon juice and sometimes with black pepper.
Certainly from the point of view of demographic, maybe it would be a good limit the sale, not least because, as always, the Sicilians have attributed to these mussels amazing virtues, such as stimulating an aphrodisiac.
Be that as it may, it is more prudent to eat these mussels boiled and seasoned them, always, with lemon juice.
