Instructions
Put 2 egg yolks and sugar in a deep dish and mix, adding flour gradually.
Stir again.
A little at a time, add the milk.
Turn again.
Add the grated lemon rind.
At this point, after mixing once again, put it all in a saucepan and heat it over low heat.
It is important to stir constantly or it burns out the bottom and the cream is super.
Continue to stir, slowly, and therefore remove the custard from the heat when it is observed that is rapidly condensing.

- 2 egg yolks
- 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons of flour
- 25 cl of milk
- 1 lemon
