Prepare the custard.
In a saucepan, place two tablespoons of water and a tablespoon of sugar, melt over low heat stirring, add the washed and dried cranberries.
Bake in moderate heat for 15 minutes.
Let cool.
Pour the chilled custard into individual bowls and garnish with drained cranberries from the syrup.
