Coffee cream (5)
Instructions
Mix the egg yolks with the sugar.
Add to the mixture cooled coffee and cream.
Mix well.
Squirt a mould, pour the mixture and bake in a water bath for 1/4 of an hour.
Let cool and place in refrigerator.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 10 cl of strong espresso coffee
- 6 egg yolks
- 60 g of sugar
- 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
- 20 cl of cream
