Ham cream
Instructions
Boil the stock, add the cream of rice and cook stirring for 10 minutes.
Add the whipped cream with ham, egg yolks and Parmesan.
Serve warm with bread croutons.

- 150 g of ham
- 50 g of rice cream
- 2 eggs
