Nougat cream and nutella
Instructions
Whip the egg yolks and sugar with a whisk until frothy and will not work in another Bowl the ricotta to make it soft.
Add the eggs to the ricotta mounted, add the Chocolate and nougat reduced in crumbs.
Stir until the mixture is homogeneous.
Spread the sweet in 4 cups of glass and garnish with the chocolate chips.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.

- 300 g of ricotta
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 3 egg yolks
- 100 g of white hard nougat
- 3 tablespoons of nutella
- White chocolate chips
- Dark chocolate chips
