Pour the pineapple in syrup in a saucepan, combine the sugar, cinnamon, cloves, Peel and juice of a lemon and cook on moderate flame for 15 minutes.
Remove spices and mix everything.
Corn starch diluted in a little water and add to the mixture, put on the heat and bring to a boil.
Combine tequila, remove from heat and divide the cream into 6 bowls.
Keep in refrigerator at least 2 hours.
