Fruit cream
Instructions
In warm milk to soften the apricots and prunes.
Remove the fruit from the milk and mix with sugar and starch.
Put the mixture on the stove, bring to a boil stirring, add the fruit and remove from heat.
Divide the mixture into individual bowls and place in refrigerator for about an hour before serving.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 8 dried apricots
- 8 prunes
- 10 cloves of mandarin
- 4 cups of skim milk
- 4 tablespoons of sugar
- 4 tablespoons of sweet corn
