Instructions

In saucepan 1 mount the yolks to foam with sugar.

Add the potato flour, stirring well; then dilute with milk, Add vanilla and put the cream on low heat, then cooking for 20 minutes, stirring constantly.

Remove from heat and let it cool.

Slice the bananas and parceling out 4 cups; pour in the cream and put in refrigerator for 1 hour.

Decorate with grated chocolate and serve.
