Cherry cream
Instructions
Pick up each mould set 6 12 cl capacity.
Pitted cherries and blend; mix the puree in a bowl with sugar, liqueur and yoghurt.
Squeeze the gelatin sheets, previously soaked in cold water and add to the boiled red wine, so that melt; Add the mixture to the yogurt mixture and cherries.
Let cool, add whipped cream, spread the cream in the machine and let it firm up in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
You can serve the cherry cream, already drafted on individual plates, with a few spoonfuls of Orange sauce and some fresh cherry.

- 120 g of sweet cherries
- 50 g of icing sugar
- 175 g of yoghurt
- 4 sheets of gelatine
- 3 cl of red wine
- 2 cl of cherry liqueur
- 15 cl of whipped
