Instructions
A container with the mixture to make homogeneous with mascarpone cream eggs and sugar.
Add the whipped cream and liqueur.
Pour the mixture into the cups and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Serve with macerated strawberries with sugar (2 hours) and cookies.

- 2 egg yolks
- 200 g of whipping cream
- 250 g of mascarpone
- 70 g of sugar
- 2 tablespoons of witch liquor (or cointreau)
