Instructions
Clean the anchovies opening with your hands on the side of the belly.
Remove the head and fishbones, wash thoroughly and dry them with kitchen paper.
Align the fillets in a baking dish or in a Holster, just sprinkle the pretzels and cover with plenty of lemon juice or filtered if you prefer with the white wine vinegar.
Let marinate for a cool day.
Drain the anchovies from marinade, place them in a serving dish, sprinkle with chopped parsley and scallions sliced powdered sugar.
