Peanut cream
Instructions
Dissolve the cornstarch in a saucepan with a little cold milk, when it is dissolved to join the rest of the milk and broth.
Put on the heat and add the finely chopped peanuts, salt and pepper.
Bring to a boil and cook for 5-7 minutes.
When the custard is thick enough to try and beat.
Serve in bowls accompanied by croutons.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 120 g of unsalted roasted peanuts
- 2 tablespoons of maizena
- 50 cl of milk
- 50 cl of chicken soup
- 1/2 chopped onion
- Salt
- Pepper
- Crostini
