Carrot spice cream
Instructions
Scrub carrots under running water and dip them in boiling water until cooked.
Mash in a bowl with the prongs of a fork, gradually incorporating the chopped garlic, spices, olive oil, vinegar, mashing and stirring the mixture until a smooth cream.
Serve on toasted bread.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 500 g of carrots
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Olive oil extra virgin
- Apple cider vinegar
- 2 teaspoons of crushed cumin
- 1 teaspoon of harissa
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon of ginger
- Unrefined sea salt
