Cream of cauliflower
Instructions
Cook cauliflower in a pot with a little water; cut it in small bunches.
Prepare the desired quantity of meat broth; pour the cauliflower cooking water and bring to a boil.
Apart from dilute a cup of rice flour (or ordinary flour) in milk and pour in boiling liquid.
Cook about 30 minutes.
Pass the soup to the mill and associated with an egg yolk and a little Creme Fraiche.
Add bunches of cauliflower at the last moment.

- 1 cauliflower
- Water
- 1 cup of rice flour (or flour)
- Milk
- 1 egg yolk
- Little of fresh cream
