Creamy Brussels Sprouts (Crema di Cavolini)
Instructions
In a Pan fry the chopped bacon.
Add the Brussels sprouts, washed and cut in half; mix and bathed with a glass of water; simmer for twenty minutes.
Remove Brussels sprouts and beat them.
Pour the mixture into the Pan where there is still the cooking liquid of Brussels sprouts, add the broth, add salt and pepper and heat well.
Pour into a soup tureen, add a few tablespoons of cream and serve with grated cheese.
The flavor of this cream is decided, so better make sure beforehand if the Brussels sprouts are welcome guests.

- 600 g of brussels sprouts
- 60 g of bacon
- 100 cl of nut soup
- Grated cheese
- Salt
- Pepper
- A few tablespoons of cream
