Cucumber cream
Instructions
Put the potatoes and cucumbers, diced, in boiling water for 10 minutes.
Then put them in the blender with the plums without stones.
Tied with the almond cream, salt and tamari.

Umeboshi plums attention are special fermented prunes.
Are salted! However with the amount of potatoes and cucumbers a umeboshi doesn't feel much, so if you put at least two is better, otherwise deleting it from the recipe don't miss much.
