Cheese cream with nuts
Instructions
Four cheese blend with a fork until the mixture is creamy.
Add to the mixture the walnut kernels crushed leaving aside someone to decorate.
Put on a plate this cream giving it the shape of a dome on which you will support the whole Walnut kernels.
Let cool in the refrigerator for a few hours.
Serve with crackers, or even with celery.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 100 g of gorgonzola cheese
- 200 g of fresh robiola cheese
- 100 g of goat cheese
- 150 g of mascarpone
- 100 g of walnut kernels
