Strawberry Cream (Crema di Fragole)
Instructions
Cut strawberries and leave them aside.
Soften gelatin in warm water for 10 minutes, then pour over the strawberries that you sifted, add lemon juice and sugar.
Whip the cream to be very consistent and add to the past of strawberries.
Serve very cold, in individual cups garnished with a big Strawberry settled in the Centre.

- 400 g of strawberries
- 2 sheets of isinglass
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
- 33 cl of cream
- 120 g of sugar
