Instructions

Soak the lentils for an hour.

Drain and rinse.

Fry the onion in oil with 2 Bay leaves, add the lentils and cook over low heat for 10 minutes.

Pour 100 Cl of water, bring to a boil, add salt and cook for 40 minutes.

Aside from heat a little oil, pour the flour, mix then add the milk and let thicken.

Add salt, saffron and nutmeg.

Remove the bay leaf from the lentils, blend and season with saffron sauce.
