Lemon cream (2) (Crema di Limoni (2))
Instructions
Put the lemon peels to infuse in alcohol for 15 days.
Prepare a syrup with the water and sugar and add cold alcohol, previously filtered from the skins, then add the cream without mount (the limit coil slightly with a fork) and the jar of condensed milk.
Refrigerate let it sit a few days, and shake the cartridge before serving.

- 8 lemons
- 100 cl of alcohol
- 100 cl of water
- 750 g of sugar
- 75 cl of sweet cream
- 1 jar of condensed milk
