Cranberry cream
Instructions
Gently wash the blueberries in white wine and pass them through a sieve.
Put the cornstarch in a saucepan, combine the sugar and, little by little, the past of blueberries.
Add 1 cup of white wine, water and bring to the boil stirring continuously with a wooden spoon.
Boil the cream for a few minutes, get it out and distribute it into 4 individual cups.
Leave to cool and serve garnished with whipped cream.

- 600 g of blueberries
- 200 g of sugar
- 2 tablespoons of maizena
- 25 cl of cream
- 1/2 cup of water
- 1 glass white wine
