Instructions

Boil water in 150 cl the potatoes and mix with a little butter.

Add to mixture the white part of the leeks cut into slices, add salt, pepper and cook for 1/2 hour.

Spread the bread with butter, sprinkle with Parmesan and Bake until golden.

5 minutes first to remove the cream from heat combine cream and nutmeg.

Serve with the parmesan and bread croutons.
