Instructions

Peel and dice the potatoes, cut into small pieces clean peppers and slice the onion.

Saute the onion in butter, add potatoes and peppers and softened.

Add the broth and cook over low heat for 35 minutes.

Mix the vegetables and put them back in the pot, then add the cream and the chopped parsley and mix well.

Divide the cream in 4 holsters and let cool before serving.
