Instructions
Once clean, trimmed and washed, is email to eel fry with oil, salt, garlic, Rosemary, Sage and chili.
Let Cook until it takes on a golden color then add the wine.
Eels, once all the wine is consumed, it is ready to be served hot.
Vernaccia eel resumes the same recipe just that to a normal place you add wine Vernaccia.
