Instructions

Cut the pumpkin into pieces and boil in water for approximately 60 minutes and keep in store 200 g of broth.

Pass the pumpkin to Mashers.

Add to hot broth 4 tablespoons of cream of rice, stemperatela and add the pumpkin.

Seasoned with olive oil and Parmesan.
