Cream of celery
Instructions
In a saucepan heat the butter with a little oil and insaporitevi the onion and chopped celery, FRY for 4 minutes.
Pour the hot broth.
Add the potatoes, peeled and cut into cubes, cover and simmer for 40 minutes.
Passed to the Blender, put back the past over heat and bring to a boil.
Turn, add half a glass of warm milk, salt.
Serve with grated cheese.

- 100 cl of meat broth
- 3 potatoes
- 1 onion
- 30 g of butter
- Grated cheese
- 1/2 cup of milk
- Olive oil
