Plum cream
Instructions
Wash, drain and put to cook at low heat, covered, 800 g fresh plums with 100 g sugar and 2 cloves.
Then pass it through a sieve and add 4 tablespoons of honey, a pinch of cinnamon and nutmeg.
Mix well and then to rain 200 g almonds, peeled and finely chopped.
Stir well and place in a glass cup by decorating the surface with peeled whole almonds.
