Dice the zucchini and place in saucepan with sliced leeks, 1 glass of water and a little salt.
Cover and cook for about 25 minutes at Campfire dessert, then navigate to the vegetable mill.
Stir in the broth, bring to a boil and add the beaten yolk with milk and Parmesan cheese.
Add salt, pepper, and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
