Instructions
Passed to the Blender cheese and butter, to obtain a homogeneous paste well; Add the port (or sherry) and pepper.
Pour the cream in individual cups and decoratene the surface with walnuts.
If you want to keep this cream for a few days in the refrigerator, omit nuts and cover the cream cheese with a thin layer of clarified butter, but not browned.

- 225 g of taleggio cheese
- 80 g of butter
- 2 tablespoons of port wine (or sherry)
- 1 pinch of cayenne pepper

- 4 walnuts of nuts (kernels cut in half)
