Frozen melon cream
Instructions
Choose a ripe meloncino in the proper place.
Cut it in half.
Rid them of seeds and filaments.
With a spoon, scoop the pulp and shake it.
Pour the contents into a bowl, add the honey, taste and if it is the case of most sweetened.
Stir and add the yoghurt.
Mix thoroughly and pour into a shallow Bowl and rectangular.
Place in the freezer for a few hours and remove just before serving.
Put on a serving platter and serve the sliced ice cream.
Garnish with melon balls of pulp.
Ingredients and dosing for 2 persons
- 1 cup of pulp and melon sauce
- 3 tablespoons of honey
- 1 jar of whole yoghurt
